Computer Assisted Legal Research

Bloomberg Law, LexisNexis and Westlaw

The library subscribes to Bloomberg, LexisNexis and Westlaw for the use of current Brooklyn Law School students, faculty and staff and only for the purpose of academic research.

First year students are trained on LexisNexis and Westlaw during their first semester of law school. Advanced training opportunities are available on these systems throughout the year. All students interested in learning how to conduct research on Bloomberg Law may request access and training by contacting a reference librarian.

LexisNexis and Westlaw training brochures and guides are available in all of the library computer labs.

Bloomberg Law   literature is available to you during your registration session and upon request from our Bloomberg Law representative.
